? Key Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter & SQL
• 5+ years of Informatica PowerCenter Production Support
• ETL development, production support, break-fix & incident management
• Strong knowledge of Oracle / Netezza / SQL Server
• Expertise in troubleshooting ETL job failures and production issues
• Hands-on with Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor & Repository Manager
• Valuable understanding of Data Warehouse / Data Mart architecture
• Experience with parameter files, variables, session partitioning & Pushdown Optimization
• Strong SQL, performance tuning & data validation skills




• Experience handling application/customer tickets and stakeholder interactions
• Ability to work within SLA timelines
• Azure Databricks / Spark / PySpark is an added advantage
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts & weekends as required
? Responsibilities
Handle production support for BI and Informatica ETL processes, monitor and troubleshoot workflows/jobs, resolve incidents and break-fix issues, perform data validation, and coordinate with stakeholders for RCA and resolution.
