Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the corporate workspace solutions market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities within corporate, IT, BFSI, manufacturing, co-working,



and commercial sectors.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, architects, interior designers, consultants, and direct corporate outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including CXOs, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, HR Heads, and Facility Managers.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand client workspace requirements and coordinate with design and commercial teams to develop customized solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tender submissions.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
