Sales Intern (Outbound + Closing)

Kribana automates revenue management with AI agents that handle pricing, invoicing, checkout, and recurring billing. We sell to SaaS finance and RevOps leaders in the US.

READ THIS FIRST
This is not a support internship. You will cold call, write outbound that has to earn a reply, book demos, own your pipeline, and sit in on closing conversations.

It's called an internship because you may not have done it before. Everything else about it is a real sales job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build target lists and cold call US prospects — daily
- Write outbound email sequences, and rewrite them when they don't land
- Book demos, join them, then start running them yourself
- Keep every deal current in the CRM and follow up on time, unprompted
- Sit in on pricing and closing discussions, and take on pieces of them
- Help onboard new customers and prep sales material

WHAT WE EXPECT
Speech — Clear and easy to listen to on a call. No stutter, no filler,



no long pauses. A US buyer should never have to work to understand you. We test this in the first interview.
Writing — Short sentences. No jargon. No "I hope this email finds you well."
Relationships — People should want to take your next call.
Resilience — Most people say no. You dial again.
Independence — Nobody is watching your calendar or chasing you for updates.
The number — You have targets from month one and always know where you stand.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Fluent, confident spoken and written English
- Willing to work US hours consistently
- Comfortable picking up the phone and getting rejected
- Basic CRM literacy, or able to learn it in a week
- Interest in SaaS, AI, or how businesses collect money
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar — or equivalent practical experience

Bonus: prior sales/SDR/BD work, exposure to billing or RevOps, tools like HubSpot or Apollo.
