The Opportunity
You will serve as the company's principal legal advisor, partnering closely with executive leadership to provide commercially pragmatic legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions. Your work will span corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment/labour matters, Mergers & Acquisition, legal risk management and litigation.
This role is suited to legal practitioners who enjoy ownership, complexity, and continuous learning—not those seeking narrowly defined responsibilities or highly predictable routines.
