Role Description This is a full-time, in office Assistant Manager Human Resources role based at the SCEH facility in Alwar.



The Assistant Manager HR will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for clinical and non-clinical staff. The role involves supporting performance management processes, managing HR documentation and HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with lobar laws and organisational policies. The Assistant Manager HR will coordinate training and development activities, assist in employee engagement initiatives, and help address employee relations matters in a fair and transparent manner. The role also requires collaborating with hospital leadership to align HR practices with SCEH’s mission of compassionate, equitable care.

Qualifications
Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, on boarding, and employee life cycle management.
Experience in performance management, HR policy implementation, and compliance with labour and statutory regulations.
