About the Company
Dave’s Noni & Wellness Products is a growing health and wellness company offering a range of Noni-based wellness products, nutraceuticals, personal care, skincare, hair care, and other consumer wellness solutions. The company is looking for a energetic and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who can lead the next phase of business expansion, strengthen the brand, scale distribution and digital channels, build a high-performing organization, and drive sustainable revenue and profitability.

Role Purpose
The CEO will have overall responsibility for the growth, profitability, strategy, and operational performance of Dave’s Noni. The ideal candidate should be an entrepreneurial business leader with strong exposure to consumer-facing industries such as FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Ayurveda, Wellness, Healthcare, OTC Products, Personal Care, Beauty, or D2C brands.



The CEO will work closely with the Managing Director to translate the company's vision into a scalable business strategy and will be responsible for professionalizing and expanding the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & P&L; Management
Take complete ownership of business performance, revenue growth, profitability, and P&L.;
Develop and execute short-term and long-term business growth strategies.
Prepare annual operating plans, budgets, sales targets, and profitability objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, categories, markets, and revenue streams.
Establish strong review mechanisms and management dashboards for monitoring business performance.

Sales & Distribution Expansion
Strengthen and expand the existing distributor and dealer network.
Develop new markets across India through structured geographical expansion.
Improve primary and secondary sales performance.
