Soleus is seeking passionate and experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Sports Physiotherapists to join our team and provide clinically reasoned and best practice based treatment and solutions to patients. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, supportive, and able to assess and create treatment plans that help patients meet their goals safely and effectively. The pay scale for this role depends on qualifications, certifications, relevant work experience and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments, diagnosis, with a holistic approach to pain and injuries.
Treat based on clinical research, critical thinking and best practices to ensure effective rehabilitation from injury or pain.
Guide clients through safe and effective exercise rehabilitation.
Conduct ongoing assessment of patients' journey up to discharge.
Job Requirements:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
Collaborate based on client goals, fitness level, and medical history.
Track progress and adjust plans as needed.
Guide clients on injury prevention and post-therapy care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient sessions.
Qualifications:
Postgraduate / Masters Degree in Musculoskeletal / Sports Physiotherapy.
Only BPTh is not accepted (we are specifically looking for PG for this role).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling abilities.
Valid license to practice physiotherapy in India.
Strong knowledge and hands-on work experience with Taping, Dry Needling, Soft Tissue Release Work, Exercise Prescription and Rehab.
Availability for versatile scheduling, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in Strength & Conditioning and Functional Training or Pilates.
Certifications and vast Hands On experience with Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, and Manual Therapy (Mobilisations / Manipulations).
