• Tooling RM awareness, D2, M2, M4, and other tooling grades.
• Knowledge of machining process like turning, milling, wire cut, grinding.
• Knowledge of costing and negotiation skills.
• Should be able to lead a team of 3-4 people.
• Should have hands on experience in SAP.
• Should have the knowledge of heat treatment and coating.
• ALCRONA coating and other tooling related coating.
