Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Manager – Finance to manage and oversee financial operations across the United States and India. This is an individual contributor role with ownership of accounting, financial reporting, FP&A;, treasury, compliance, audit coordination, and finance process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing finance operations across US and India entities, a sound understanding of US GAAP and Indian accounting standards, and the ability to independently manage financial activities while working closely with the Leadership team and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations & Accounting

* Own day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the US and India entities.

* Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

* Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.

* Oversee AR/AP activities, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments,



and expense management.

* Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations between US and India entities.

* Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other accounting schedules.

* Coordinate payroll accounting and ensure accurate recording of payroll-related transactions.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under US GAAP and Indian accounting standards.

* Analyse financial performance, budget vs. actuals, variances, and key financial trends.

* Prepare management reports and provide actionable financial insights to the Leadership team.

* Develop and monitor financial KPIs and reporting dashboards.

* Own the budgeting and forecasting
