Responsibilities
- Perform Daily R&C; and accounting of Sub Ledger Control accounts for AENB (American Express National Bank) including Federal Saving Banks, maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.
- Support various audits performed on bank side.
- Lead and participate in Standardization and continuous improvement Initiatives as well
- Consistently understand and exceed Customers requirements whilst ensuring effective teamwork at all times.
- Ensure compliance with the prevailing policies and procedures besides contractual and regulatory requirements as applicable
- Maintain close contact with Customer / Business Partners, Technologies and other interface groups
- Enthusiasm to leverage Gen AI tools and capabilities to automate the daily process and add the value-added analysis to the deliverables
