The Principal Professional Services Engineer is responsible for providing remote and onsite post sales technical support to service provider and enterprise customers of NETSCOUT Arbor security products and being a Subject Matter Expert.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Principal Professional Services Engineer relies on experience and judgment to plan and execute a variety of complicated tasks that require a high degree of autonomy and accountability. These responsibilities include:
- Subject Matter Expert for NETSCOUT Arbor security and supports colleagues on all kinds of technical questions.
- Design, Implementation, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical customer issues associated with NETSCOUT Arbor security products – remote or onsite.
- Replicating and testing customer configurations and designs in a lab environment – remote or onsite.
- Recreating, tracking, and verifying software defects in the field or under lab conditions reported by customers.
- Providing informal and/or forma
