We're looking for a Senior Data Engineering Manager to join our growing Finance Data Engineering team within the Data Engineering department. - Leadership: Hire, coach, mentor, and provide career development for a team of data engineers.

Provide deep technical expertise in data engineering within a scalable ecosystem.
- Engineering Excellence: Drive cultural and process improvements to elevate quality and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Teams, Data Science, and Analytics Platform) to foster a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

- Experience:
- 6–8+ years in a software development role (Individual Contributor).
- 4+ years of people management experience leading agile teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
