Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Agent role based in Jhansi.



The Collection Agent will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely cash collection in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves regular field visits, verification of customer information, documentation of interactions, and accurate updating of collection records in internal systems. The Collection Agent will maintain professional and respectful communication, resolve basic customer queries, and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed. The position also requires close coordination with team leaders and back-office staff to meet collection targets and support high-quality recovery outcomes.
Qualifications
