We are looking for an Application Manager with strong hands-on experience in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server administration, workflow development, platform support, automation, governance, and stakeholder management. The role will involve managing Alteryx platform operations, driving incident resolution, coordinating releases, and working closely with business, IT, offshore/onshore teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage Alteryx platform operations, administration and production support
- Monitor workflows, schedules, jobs and platform health
- Drive incident resolution and ensure SLA compliance
- Gather and translate business requirements into Alteryx solutions
- Review and optimize workflow performance
- Manage Alteryx upgrades, patches and release deployments
- Maintain platform security, access controls and governance
- Coordinate offshore/onshore teams and vendors
- Prepare operational reports and communicate with stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience
