Desired Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Textile Engineering or Diploma in Textile post 10+2 or equivalent. Have knowledge of textile production processes, particularly in technical textiles such as industrial fabrics, protective fabrics, or specialty textiles.
Desired Experience: Should be having minimum 3-5+ years of experience in similar role. Should be Familiar with textile testing methods (e.g., tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion testing) and testing equipment. Own ability to read and interpret technical drawings, product specifications, and quality standards. Should possess in-depth knowledge of technical textile manufacturing processes, including weaving, coating, laminating, and fabric finishing. Have proficiency in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and the ability to lead internal and external audits. Own leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team, foster collaboration,
and communicate effectively with production and management teams. Ability to make data-driven decisions and handle quality-related issues in a fast-paced production workplace.
