* Build and maintain positive relationships with students
throughout the training journey.

* Conduct student engagement activities, orientation
sessions, and regular follow-ups.

* Monitor student attendance, participation, and learning
progress.

* Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to address
student concerns and improve retention.

* Support mobilization and counselling activities for
prospective students.

* Maintain student records, feedback, and engagement
reports.

* Encourage students for assessments, certifications,
placements, and career development activities.

* Handle student queries through calls, emails,
and in-person interactions.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Associate's
degree in marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred).

Past Experience/Skills Required:
- Preferably 0-1 years of experience in the
social service or education sector.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Solid time management skills.
