About the Role
We are looking for EM Simulation
Engineers to support electromagnetic simulation studies involving
RADAR absorbing structures, complex components, materials and
electromagnetic performance analysis at DMSRDE, Kanpur.
The selected
candidates will be responsible for developing 2D/3D simulation
models, creating simulation setups, executing numerical/analytical
simulations and preparing technical reports based on simulation
results.
Key
Responsibilities
- Develop 2D/3D models for RADAR
Absorbing Structures, with a target of approximately 5 models per
month.
- Perform geometrical design of complex
components/structures for studying material performance.
- Create simulation setups for evaluating
various electromagnetic properties.
- Run simulations using established analytical
models and numerical methods.
- Analyze parameters such as:

- RADAR Cross Section (RCS)

- Scattering Cross Section
-
- Electromagnetic efficiency
-
- Radiation/field patterns
-
- Coupling effects
-
- Induced currents
- Work with different electromagnetic
simulation methodologies and solvers.
- Analyze simulation results and prepare
technical conclusions.
- Prepare approximately 2 technical reports
per month, based on study requirements.
- Prepare and present simulation results in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint formats.
- Maintain raw and post-processed simulation
results and associated technical documentation.

Essential:
- B.Tech. / M.Sc. in:

Desirable:
