Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices in quality engineering to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to address challenges and optimize testing workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must:
- QA Automation experience - level 8/9
- Able to build and to maintain E2E test automation frameworks for both UI and Rest services, on the UI side we require Playwright expertise and on the Rest we require RestAssured or other Java lib
