Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities -
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in the food processing industry, including seasonings, snacks, instant foods, ready-to-eat (RTE), ready-to-cook (RTC), sauces, soups, noodles, frozen foods, meat alternatives, and other savory food segments.
- Drive business development and sales of Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (HVP), Hydrolyzed Groundnut Protein (HGP), and other savoury ingredient solutions.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their product requirements and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, application trials, and technical presentations at customer locations in coordination with the R&D;/Application team.
- Work closely with R&D; and production teams for sample development, product customisation, and commercial approvals.
- Convert product trials into commercial orders and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors,



and strategic accounts.
- Gather market intelligence on customer requirements, competitor products, pricing, and emerging industry trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, customer visit reports, and sales pipeline updates.
- Support current product launches by identifying target customers and generating commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sampling, order execution, and customer satisfaction.
