Summary:
Pod 5 — Platform Data Reports to: Engineering Manager, Data & Integration (EM2) Experience: 8–12 years Location: Bangalore / US (flexible)

Roles & Responsibilities:
This is the tech lead role for Pod 5, the layer that moves data from Accenture's enterprise source systems through validated data products and into the knowledge graph that agents consume.
- Design and own the end-to-end data pipeline architecture — ingestion from enterprise source systems, transformation, validation, lineage tracking
- Lead Pod 5's two data pipeline engineers, data quality engineer, and data product engineer




- Define the data product standard for agent consumption
- Own the data quality framework
- Partner with the KG/Ontology pod (Pod 1) on the interface between ingested data and graph population
- Negotiate data access and ingestion contracts with IT and corporate function data owners
- Define the data product versioning model

Professional & Technical Skills:
Has built and operated production data pipelines at enterprise scale has worked with enterprise source systems — SAP, Workday, ServiceNow understands data quality as an engineering discipline has defined data product standards.
