Role Description This is a full time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Indore.



The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across assigned territories, develop and execute sales plans, and ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets for the Group’s brands. The role involves building and managing relationships with channel partners, key accounts, and institutional clients, as well as identifying new market opportunities and overseeing local promotional activities. The Area Sales Manager will monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, coordinate with marketing and operations teams, and support the rollout of new products or services. Day-to-day responsibilities also include mentoring and guiding sales staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation.
