Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations,



drive loan and financial product acquisition, and manage a team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners, coordinating with banks and NBFCs, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with lending policies. The role involves analyzing market trends, generating business from new and existing channels, conducting sales reviews, and providing performance reports to leadership. The Sales Manager will also support training and mentoring of sales staff, promote use of the Ruconnect platform, and uphold Ruloans’ customer-centric standards.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in sales management, team leadership, target setting, and performance monitoring.
Experience in relationship management with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.
Solid skills in negotiation, communication, and customer service
