Zenryn Technologies is looking for an outstanding Business Development Intern who doesn't wait for instructions — they figure out the path and make things happen.
This isn't a typical internship where you're given a checklist and told what to do every day.
You'll be working on real business development, client outreach, cold calling, lead generation, relationship building, follow-ups, and converting opportunities into actual business.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Is exceptionally valuable at communication and cold calling
Can confidently reach out to businesses, founders and potential clients
Knows how to start conversations, build relationships and create opportunities
Has prior experience in business development, sales, outreach, lead generation or client acquisition
Is sharp, aware and commercially minded
Can think independently instead of waiting for someone to tell them every next step
Takes ownership — you treat the business like it's your own
Can handle rejection without losing momentum
Understands that effective outreach is about knowing who to approach,



why to approach them and how to create value
Can carve their own path when the obvious path doesn't work
What You'll Actually Do
You may be involved in:
Cold calling and direct outreach
Finding and qualifying potential clients
LinkedIn, email and phone-based prospecting
Managing leads and follow-ups
Understanding client requirements
Building and maintaining client relationships
Scheduling meetings and assisting with conversions
Creating outreach strategies
Exploring new markets and opportunities
Representing Zenryn in conversations with potential clients
Tracking your pipeline and reporting progress
Finding unconventional ways to generate business
How We Work
This is a deadline-driven internship, not a clock-in/clock-out job.
There are no rigid 9–5 working-hour requirements.
