What are we looking for? Commercial & Consumer Loan Operations Experienced (E) Mandatory
Accounts/Finance Knowledge Experienced (E) Not mandatory, but an advantage
Written & Oral Communication Experienced (E) Mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities: •? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Loan Operations Day 2 activities in Commercial / Consumer Loans
? Adequate knowledge in reviewing and interpretating the loan documents
? Ability to review and complete loan maintenance / service requests such as Payments, drawdowns from approved RFC, Fee, Waivers, Interest Rate Corrections, Charge offs, Billing schedule changes, ACH/Auto Debit Set-up, Cash Recon, Extensions, Payoffs etc.
? Recommend feasible solutions to resolve existing transactions/payments issues and Rejects and Unapplied Cash and Past Dues.
? Identifies and solves customer billing related problems in
