Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the setup and scale‑up of the International Business P&L; for our Natural Colours division. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic vision, commercial acumen, and proven execution capability to establish our global footprint in the natural colours industry.

Key Responsibilities

P&L; Leadership: Full ownership of international business P&L;, driving profitability and sustainable growth.

Market Expansion: Build and scale international markets, leveraging prior experience in global natural colours businesses.

Strategic Partnerships: Forge and nurture relationships with key global customers, distributors, and partners.

Business Building: Lead initiatives to achieve and exceed USD 10M+ annual P&L; scale.

Team Leadership: Develop and mentor high‑performing teams to deliver international business objectives.

Key Requirements

Proven track record of building or scaling Natural Colours international businesses.

Minimum 3 years of Natural Colours international sales experience with direct P&L; ownership.





10–15 years of overall experience (lower end preferred), blending commercial leadership with technical credibility.

Proven track record in managing multi‑billion dollar annual P&L;

Base location: Preferably Bangalore, with global mobility.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.

Deep understanding of natural colours industry dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs.

Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
