Job Description
We are seeking a Tech Operations Lead to design, build, automate,



and support enterprise container platforms running on Amazon EKS. This role will be responsible for enabling application modernization, containerization, cloud-native adoption, platform reliability, and operational excellence across a large portfolio of business-critical applications.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Kubernetes and AWS cloud technologies, coupled with experience supporting enterprise middleware platforms such as Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, and IIS.
Job Responsibilities
Kubernetes & EKS Platform Engineering
Design, implement, operate, and enhance Amazon EKS clusters supporting enterprise workloads.
Manage cluster lifecycle activities, including version upgrades, node management, platform patching, and capacity optimization.
Implement and support Kubernetes features such as Ingress Controllers, HPA, KEDA, Karpenter, ConfigMaps, Secrets, RBAC, and Storage integrations.
