We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President Corporate Actions
In this role, you will:

Lead, inspire and develop a team to deliver accurate, high-quality processing of Corporate Actions/Events across securities and geographies
Maintain and continuously improve a risk-aware, control-focused operating environment.




Ensure performance against defined Key Performance Indicators and Key Rey Indicator in line with Performance Level Agreements, driving year-on-year improvement, while managing operational contingency requirements by keeping plans current to reflect strategic changes, migration activity and growth plans in partnership with the core Business Continutiy Plan team.
Collaborate effectively and communicate persuasively, promoting teamwork, diversity and knowledge-sharing across HSBC and with external partners.
Build and maintain robust working relationships with Group business and operational stakeholders to deliver consistently high service standards, while ensuring training and development plans are created and implemented for all staff.
Set clear objectives and apply effective people-management practices to build engagement, capability and performance across the Global Service Centre.
