About the Role
Lead the design process along with the senior designers, for corporate interior projects, from concept development to project completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand identity, and design standards.
Work with senior designers and clients to understand their needs, goals, and functional requirements, translating them into compelling design solutions.
Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and project teams.
Lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, materials, finishes, and lighting to meet design goals,



budget considerations, and project timelines.
Creating design documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Oversee and guide junior designers in drawing documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Participate in client presentations, effectively conveying design concepts and incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs.
Collaborate with external partners, including contractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts during the construction and installation phases.
Conduct in office visits to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to design intent, and address any design-related challenges that may arise.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices, infusing innovative ideas into project work.
