You will contribute to PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM solutions that help organizations respond to evolving tax, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
The role combines hands-on development, technical analysis, testing, documentation, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
You will work within an Agile Scrum setting alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and experienced technical professionals.

Accountabilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM solutions supporting legislative, tax, regulatory, and compliance changes.
Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, and high-quality PeopleSoft solutions.
Investigate complex technical and functional issues, apply sound technical judgment, and develop solutions that meet quality and compliance standards.
Work collaboratively within an Agile Scrum team, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other development activities.
Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, fellow developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective customer-focused solutions.
Support solutions across multiple PeopleSoft releases and modules, adapting implementations to evolving
