Member of the CIT India Digital Core (DOI) with focus on SAP
SAP BASIS for ERP within ECC 6 enviroment with both Oracle/HANA DB
Ensuring appropriate technical system documentation
Implement service requests by executing data reloads, performing administrative tasks, making minor application changes




Implement changes to local / regional applications
Proper daily handover to Germany, Management of incidents, resolve technical incidents focusing on world wide users
SAP Basis expert with 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis.
Experience on S/4 HANA and Cloud Enviroment preferably Microsoft AZURE
System refresh, System copy, SAP Backup & Recovery
SAP Support Pack upgrades, SAP Kernel upgrades and deployment of Add-on components using SPAM/SAINT
Further development and automation of the products and services used
Operation and monitoring of data center and cloud structures (SAP systems, databases, operating systems, networks)
Monitoring and optimization of the SAP systems, databases, operating systems and networks in operation with regard to performance, availability and stability
2nd and 3rd level analysis and troubleshooting as well as processing of requests from internal partners
