About the job:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the product vision and strategy for a defined area of the Vendasta platform that empowers our channel partners and the small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) they serve. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success—to deliver AI-powered solutions that align with business goals and create measurable impact for our customers.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in product management along with hands-on experience in CRM systems and prior exposure as a Product Owner/Product Manager.

Your Impact:
As a Product Manager at Vendasta, you will play a critical role in defining and building products that accelerate partner and SMB success. Specifically, you will:
Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a defined area of the Vendasta platform.
Drive the prioritization and delivery of creative features that solve customer challenges and create measurable business value.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements—leveraging your background as a Product Owner/Product Manager to ensure clarity and alignment.
Work with our analytical tools to extract insights, understand customer journeys, and identify opportunities for improvement.
