This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic customer relationships within the industrial water treatment and specialty chemicals sector. You will drive account growth while strengthening long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for current product adoption. The position combines commercial ownership with hands-on technical problem-solving at customer sites. You will also oversee the performance and deployment of technical support teams and ensure equipment and applications operate effectively. Success requires close collaboration with customers, site commercial teams, and internal stakeholders. This is a field-oriented, people-focused role suited to an experienced professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and delivering measurable customer value.

Accountabilities:
Manage key customer accounts, develop strong relationships,



and identify opportunities to grow sales and expand the scope of existing partnerships.
Introduce and support the adoption of new products and solutions aligned with customer requirements and operational priorities.
Troubleshoot technical issues affecting paper machines and customer-site applications, providing practical solutions and coordinating follow-up as needed.
Work closely with site commercial teams to coordinate orders, payments, and other commercial requirements.
Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of equipment and solutions deployed at customer sites.
Track competitor activities and developments at customer locations, taking appropriate action to protect and strengthen existing business.
Manage spare parts requirements across applications and ensure appropriate availability for ongoing site operations.
Participate in required safety, technical, and professional development training, both online and in person.
