Job Description
Develop and execute procurement strategies for non-product and indirect spend categories.




Lead SCM team and complete procurement lifecycle, including RFQ/RFP, supplier identification, evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, contracting, purchase orders, and supplier performance management.
Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, process improvements, and value optimization opportunities.
Develop category strategies aligned with business and operational requirements.
Lead supplier evaluation, qualification, onboarding, and due diligence.
Develop and maintain an approved and competitive supplier base.
Manage strategic supplier relationships and establish effective vendor governance.
Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality, cost, and service requirements.
Identify supplier risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
Manage procurement across multiple indirect categories, including:
