As an Integration Engineer- Manager, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, providing insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions,



and offering training and support to optimize operational efficiency and enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
