About the Team
The Monetization Platforms department is one of the strategic units within Corporate IT and is responsible for Design, development & management of Billing, Licensing and Subscription Solutions as three central services across the ZEISS Group worldwide.
Your Role
As a Support Devops Engineer (Global Role) with 2-7 years,



you are responsible for the support and handling incidents for Licensing platform at Zeiss.
Your key responsibilities:
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
Solid understanding of software licensing processes and workflows (entitlements, activations, renewals, deactivations)
Proven ability to analyze technical logs, traces, and telemetry and to reproduce incidents in test environments
Strong experience working with ticketing systems for handling incidents and service requests
Basic hands-on experience with SAP (navigation, reading key business data, understanding process context)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, including explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Customer-oriented mindset with a structured and reliable working style
Strong ability to prioritize and self-organize in a energetic environment with parallel tickets, requests, and stakeholders
