Job Purpose
As an Associate Pricing Analyst, you will support our global Sales teams with pricing administration, reporting, analysis and Sales support. Your role is to help prepare client proposals using agreed pricing processes, tools and guidance. You will work closely with senior team members on more complex opportunities, building the experience, knowledge and skills needed to develop your career in Pricing Operations.
You will be encouraged to look beyond immediate tasks by identifying simple patterns, risks and opportunities in pricing information and escalating these to more senior team members. Your analysis will help support consistent proposal preparation and informed decision-making. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving practical problems and developing their understanding of pricing in a global business.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Support Sales, to build CPQ quotes against sales requirements for client proposals and current business opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to gather information and support the preparation of clear, data-informed proposal inputs.
Support the review of client opportunities and pricing information to help ensure proposals follow agreed processes and guidance.
Prepare reports and presentation materials that summarise pricing information, analysis and key points for review by Sales and Pricing Operations colleagues.
Develop an understanding of the different service lines that RWS provides, including Language Services, Professional
