POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
This position is responsible for entire accounting and reporting of HNL Business Services Pvt Ltd. In this role incumbent would be required to review the TB on monthly basis to ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly book close. Ensuring all audits are completed on time without any issue. Also this person would work closely with Business team to guide on the financial processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Education: Chartered Accountant
Roles & Responsibility
Accurate and timely Month end and Year-end book closing as per U GAAP
Ensure accounting of the company is inline with the global accounting policies
Preparing variance Analysis for P&L; and Balance Sheet on monthly basis
Preparation of meaningful MIS and share with management for review
100% Sox compliance for accounting and reporting function




Preparation of Statutory Financials as per Accounting standards
Working closely with statutory, group and internal auditors and getting the audit completed on time.
Preparation of reconciliation between profit of local GAAP vs US GAAP
Review of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Working with user departments for closure of open items.
Ensuring P&L; and Balance Sheet narratives are prepared with all required details in timely manner
Ensuring all audits are completed on time without any issues by the auditors
Ensuring Fixed Asset Accounting including Physical verification in line with Company Policy
Should identify areas for improvement of productivity and efficiency and implement changes
Skills :
Indian GAAP knowledge and experience
US GAAP knowledge and experience is added advantage
Should have handled accounting and reporting function of a medium scale Multinational company
