This role offers the opportunity to shape the architecture and delivery of a sophisticated CRM and business applications ecosystem. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. The position combines business analysis, solution architecture, system configuration, integration, and quality assurance. You will work across platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, CPQ, Certinia, NetSuite, and Workato to streamline the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle. Your work will directly influence data quality, automation, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy. This is a highly collaborative role suited to an experienced techno-functional skilled who enjoys solving complex, cross-platform challenges in a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities:
Lead cross-functional discovery workshops with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success,



and Finance stakeholders to understand complex business processes and translate operational needs into structured requirements.
Map business processes into user stories, process flows, business requirements documentation, and requirements traceability matrices, ensuring solutions remain aligned with approved business objectives.
Conduct Fit-Gap and impact analyses to determine whether requirements should be addressed through standard platform capabilities or custom development, while assessing downstream effects across interconnected systems.
Analyze data models and design appropriate custom objects, fields, schemas, and API payloads to support reliable multi-system data flows.
Configure and optimize CRM and business applications, including lead ingestion, data governance, scoring, synchronization, CPQ processes, product bundles, pricing, quote templates, renewals, and customer-success workflows.
