Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of non-technical facility services (cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control, catering, reception, mailroom, security)
Ensure all services meet quality standards and service level agreements
Maintain consistent service delivery across all facilities
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with multiple service providers and contractors
Monitor contractor performance through regular inspections




Ensure compliance with contracts and service agreements
Coordinate vendor schedules and resolve service issues
Negotiate contract renewals and new service agreements
Budget & Cost Control
Manage soft services budgets and track expenses
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Prepare financial reports and analyze spending patterns
Recommend efficiency improvements
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all services comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintain proper documentation and records
Coordinate safety training for service staff
Implement hygiene and sanitation best practices
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality checks
Handle user feedback and resolve complaints promptly
Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and report on performance metrics
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as primary contact between occupants, management, and service providers
