We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure to join our GenAI Deployment and Support -Global Finance Services Division.
This role involves the scope, deliverables, and engagement requirements for qualified services supporting enterprise Digital Signage and Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) technologies. The service provider ("Contractor") shall deliver technical services and project support designed to improve platform reliability, user experience, operational efficiency, and service sustainability.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore Office, KA-India

Provide services related to the enterprise Digital Signage platform (CommandCenter HD), including:Configuration and optimization of content, media, playlists, player devices, displays, scheduling, templates, layouts, and access controls
