Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, enhancement,



and support of enterprise-scale IRM solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
This role requires solid technical expertise in ServiceNow development, solution architecture, integrations, workflow automation, and governance, risk, and compliance processes. The individual will also provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and help drive platform adoption and best practices across the organization.

Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow IRM platform, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and related applications.
