This role offers the opportunity to support and implement SAP HCM Payroll solutions for European markets. You will work closely with clients and project teams to configure, test, and deliver payroll functionality aligned with business requirements. The position combines hands-on SAP expertise with client engagement, project coordination, and problem-solving. You will contribute to successful implementations while ensuring payroll systems are accurate, compliant, and ready for go-live. Strong exposure to European payroll processes will be central to your work. Accountabilities:
Provide expert functional guidance and support throughout SAP HCM Payroll implementation activities, ensuring solutions align with established standards, best practices, and client requirements.




Configure and customize SAP Payroll functionality based on customer needs, and conduct system testing to validate functionality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Support payroll implementation projects by managing priorities effectively and ensuring activities are completed within agreed timelines and milestones.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve issues efficiently.
Track project progress and maintain appropriate documentation while supporting project team members as required.
Apply a solid understanding of HR business processes and SAP HCM architecture to deliver effective payroll solutions within defined project timelines.
Support go-live preparation and activities, helping ensure payroll systems are fully tested, stable, and ready for production use.
