Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, cross-sell, and deepen customer relationships
Analyze branch performance data and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the bank's overall strategy

Requirements
Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth
