Overall management of the site with respect to the Security of employees, asset, premise.
Ensure all process / procedures with respect to Emergency Handling, Visitor Management, Access Cards and CCTV etc. are in line with the company policy.
Ensure quick and timely escalations to relevant stake-holders for any emergency situation.
Be response-ready for any kind of Emergency at site.
Ensure that the quality of manpower provided by security contractor is up to the mark.




Carry out frequent checks to ensure all the possible measures are being implemented to prevent security lapses.
Conduct a bi-monthly training of all guards covering various security related aspects.
Conduct a quarterly table top exercise, basis real life scenarios to gauge how the team reacts and then to train the team to bridge the gaps, if any.
Conduct regular cross audits of other MMC site to ensure that the security process are robust at all the locations.
Conduct hotel and guest house security assessment, if required.
Organize Rewards and Recognition activity for the security team on a quarterly basis.
Partner with the business stake-holders like real estate, operations, transport etc. to ensure mutual support in times of events, VIP visits etc.
