Team Overview
This semi–individual contributor role operates within the credit risk model lifecycle domain, combining hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilities. The position involves leading key projects, providing strategic consulting to clients, and overseeing a small team to ensure high-quality delivery. The role focuses on driving operational efficiencies, implementing best practices, and enhancing model development, validation, and governance processes. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential to successfully balance technical execution with team coordination and client engagement. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
