Workplace Experience Enabler —
Role Summary
Proactive, detail-driven role focused on delivering consistent, high-quality workplace services that enhance Occupant and Guest Experience (“works every time”), while maintaining protected working practices. Owns day-to-day service delivery with the workplace team and vendor partners, ensuring compliance with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and alignment with the Workplace Experience team to drive customer delight.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Standards:
Ensure workplace services are delivered consistently to agreed standards; complete resets to the approved format.
Policy Ownership: Own and manage Clean/Clear Desk and Lost Property processes, including reporting for onward sharing with business stakeholders.
Proactive Site Checks: Conduct scheduled inspections and spot checks (including some after-hours) using reports (e.g., ping/occupancy) to ensure a refreshed workplace experience.
Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinate and oversee vendors; monitor performance against contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs; ensure required supplies/services are maintained.
Operations Management: Implement service tasks, procedures, and policies; measure performance; identify and drive continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Issue Resolution & Escalation: Resolve user complaints and operational issues with follow-up; raise risks to the Workplace Experience Site Lead when neede
