? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop and implement BMC Helix applications and solutions
• Customize BMC Helix modules,



workflows and user interfaces
• Integrate BMC Helix with enterprise systems and third-party applications
• Work with Intune, SCCM, XSOAR and monitoring tools
• Maintain synchronization between BMC Discovery and CMDB
• Support Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Helix Dashboard, SSO and Remedy ITSM
• Configure Foundation Data and ITSM modules
• Manage Service Requests through SRM/Digital Workplace Catalog
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Troubleshoot technical issues within defined SLAs
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders
