Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system health, identifying anomalies, and ensuring continuous service availability. The engineer collaborates with different teams to understand system behaviors, troubleshoot complex problems, and implement effective solutions that maintain operational stability and support business continuity. The work setting is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail to manage and mitigate risks associated with critical applications.





Must have Skill :
Strong hands-on experience in Rubrik (backup, replication, SLA domains, archival), expertise in Microsoft Azure, and experience with SAP on Azure (HANA/Oracle/ASE & App VMs), including DR planning and enterprise backup architecture.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Microsoft 365 backup via Rubrik SaaS, knowledge of Rubrik Security Cloud (RSC), and understanding of SaaS data protection (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
