Monitor,



operate and manage network performance activities that support Vodafone’s network operations strategy.
Analyse radio network performance, troubleshoot RAN KPI issues and identify whether issues are operational or project-related.
Perform proactive maintenance activities to help prevent incidents and continuously optimise network performance.
Support incident, problem and change management activities as part of the Service Assurance function for mobile networks.
Work with first-line operations teams to define and improve alarm analysis procedures that help detect and resolve faults.
Escalate complex technical issues to vendors, provide technical guidance and support timely resolution.
Share knowledge with teams involved in deployment and network operations to enhance technical capability.
Implement procedures and operational process improvements, including opportunities related to automation
