This role is to support Onshore and Offshore COE team in data analysis and reporting (KPIs,



SLAs, operational dashboards, Clients’ portfolio, management and team reporting).
Role Summary:
The Manager – Metrics and Analytics will lead the development, automation, and delivery of metrics-driven insights to support marketing and renewables business initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in metrics design, ETL processes, SQL, VBA, Python, and BI reporting tools to manage data workflows, enable accurate reporting, and provide actionable analytics that support strategic decision-making. Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and advanced reporting platforms will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust metrics frameworks to track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, conversion trends, and renewables project outcomes.
Lead the development and optimization of ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple
